Room in Montreal Downtown - SARO2-5

Accommodation description from the host:
Large room two blocks from metro Saint Laurent station.
Boulevard Saint Laurent just beside.
Jazz Fest / Comedy Fest right beside.
Chinatown a few blocks away. Old Montreal / Old Port walkable
Everything downtown walkable.
Check-in time very flexible as I have a lockbox at the entrance, though be aware there may be people sleeping if you come in late. Normally checkin after 4pm though you can drop luggage earlier.
Check-out time until noon.
Your room is large with a KING size bed, a walkin closet, a small fridge, a Keurig, a kettle, a toaster, snacks, and breakfast cereals.
This is my room in my apartment, which I rent out when I'm out of town. You're sharing the place with my cat and guests in two other rooms which I rent out to guests full time. There is no living room, and you have access to the kitchen, which is quite small.
There is a cat on site.
Third floor, no elevator, no good for disabled.
